I have stayed twice and I would stay again! The hotel is old but it is clean, quiet and they service your room every day. The beds are super comfortable!

Not the best rooms but a great deal. The service is wonderful and they do keep it clean but need to update them. The bedspread looks like it was a couch in the 70's

So I gave them 5 stars because granted the rooms are not fantastic , but r clean. It is a motel and the ac works awesome. If u want it cold or hot I promise u you'll have it! Tv is good size for the room. But the most impressive was the staff!! Super nice people who r more than willing to help with anything. I had left items in the room and they always saved it for me. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Super cute! Bed was comfortable, shower was amazing. Staff was super friendly when we checked in at 4am. Rooms were about the same size as a motel 6 except it actually had a working kitchenette. People here complaining about the price.. idk.. we paid $86 when everyone else in town was WAY OVER $150. Only complaint.. housekeeping needs some boundaries set. Walked right in when we were still in bed. Lol AND.. we set the deadbolt.

It is the oldest motel building in Parker! It is old but very clean! Pool was the best pool I have swam in Arizona. It was cool even in 110 degree weather! They have table and chairs under a cover so when you get out of the pool you can sit in the shade. Now the only negative was that the dog friendly room was also a smoking room so the first one they gave me was not very nice. It was clean but the smoke smell was so bad and the smokers have burnt holes in the blanket and on the fridge was burns. They have done their best and the rooms are very clean. The guy showed me a better room then my first room and said if I had any problems with that room he would refund me my money. Very nice people run the motel. They charge a 10.00 dog fee. You can get a discount if you pay the weekly rate. So considering everything would I stay there again? YES I WOULD! It is a clean cheep motel with a great pool. I would recommend you stay in a nonsmoking room and smoke outside. If you have a pet ask for room 108 do not stay in room 106 if you are not a smoker. My son stayed in 111 And that room was super clean and compfy. I believe in small businesses so if in Parker and you just want a clean room great air conditioner and a very nice pool to cool off in this is the place for you!

THUMBS UP My friend & I checked in @ 10pm the front desk manager had the reservation ready & the room key waiting it was a easy check in experience & the room was perfect the air conditioner worked wonderful, television worked great pool the next day was at a perfect temperature all of the staff was pleasant . We will be going back. I have read some of the other reviews & I believe people are expecting to get corporation amenities when really this is a family ran hotel with a down to earth basic hotel setting, some mentioned a smell I did smell something but I started smelling this odor as I was crossing the bridge into Parker from California. The only thing I thought it should offer is coffee since continental breakfast isn't a option other then that I will choose to stay there rather then any of the other hotel options in Parker

The location of the hotel and the overall accommodations were not bad. This is obviously an older hotel, and it definitely is not someplace you would probably want to go if you were looking to have a really fancy 5 Star accommodations weekend. But with a group, we were able to get a really big room and enough beds for everyone, for a really cheap price. So all-in-all for the location this is a really great value. There is food nearby and everyone was really friendly, I'd definitely book this hotel again when heading to Parker.

2nd time coming here. Love it and the price. $70-75 and clean, hot shower, this time they gave us the BIG room no extra price. Good people.
